I am a huge supporter of the Salvation Army and the good work they do in communities across Canada, so when I heard about this new holiday promotion that Kellogg’s Rice Krispies is running I couldn’t wait to share it with everyone.
The Treats for Toys Campaign works is simple campaign that will make a huge difference to the lives of kids across Canada.
Watch the video here.. http://www.ricekrispies.ca/holiday/
Here is how it works…
- Make a treat with Rice Krispies cereal, by yourself, with your kids or how about a big group?
- Take a photo of your treat & upload it to the Kellogg’s website at Ricekrispies.ca until December 22nd, 2013.
- Kelloggs will donate a $20 for each original photo of a treat towards the pruchase of a real toy for a less fortunate child.
One picture = $20.
It doesn’t get any easier to give.
Kellogg’s will donate up to a maximum of $30,000 to The Salvation Army for the use of purchasing toys for needy children across Canada.
So grab a box of Rice Krispies, grab some marshmallows and get creative with your kids to make some awesome, yummy treats. I would love to see the maximum amount donated and with your help, it can be done.
There is another way you can help.. share this post with your friends and family to help spread the word!
